S002 E003 - My Time For Change

This week's guest is Mindy Cowap from My Time For Change.. www.mytimeforchange.co.uk

Mindy adds;

It was My Time for Change.

In the last 2 years I have lost more than 5 stone, climbed Snowdon, learnt to ski, tried wakeboarding, become a Company Director, discovered a love for self-care and trekked the Sahara Desert (to name a few highlights). I am a peri-menopausal woman, whose life was enhanced with awesomeness when introduced to Emma Wilson Fitness. Life was good before, but it has become amazing!

From morbidly obese and no exercise to middle-aged woman that can’t get enough of those fitness classes and zest for life! I am now on a mission, alongside Emma Wilson, to empower women to feel the best version of themselves whilst loving the life they love!
